Adams Central is 8-2 against Fremont since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Adams Central Flying Jets will be playing at home against the Fremont Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Adams Central turned things around against Tipton on Saturday. They took down the Blue Devils 63-46. The win was all the more spectacular given the Flying Jets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Blue Devils are ranked 76th).

Meanwhile, Fremont was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 60-55 to Prairie Heights.

Fremont has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Adams Central, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Adams Central took their victory against Fremont in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 80-58. Does Adams Central have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fremont turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
