After losing to Trinity Christian Academy the last time they met, First Assembly Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The First Assembly Christian Crusaders skirted past the Trinity Christian Academy Lions 7-5.

Christian Forrest was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Ryker Minor also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

The win got First Assembly Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, First Assembly Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Senatobia at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Senatobia will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something First Assembly Christian surely won't give up without a fight. Trinity Christian Academy has already played their next match (against Arlington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
