Norris extended their postseason success on Saturday against Elkhorn North. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wolves. The victory was nothing new for the Titans as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Leading Norris to victory were Makinley Ramsey and Haylee Macke. Ramsey had ten digs, while Macke had three aces. That's the most aces Macke has posted since back in October.
They weren't the only good servers: Norris was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Elkhorn North only served one.
Despite the defeat, Elkhorn North saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Reese Wallraff had 13 digs and two assists. Wallraff is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.
Norris' win bumped their record up to 38-1. As for Elkhorn North, they moved to 30-7 with that loss, which also ended their ten-match winning streak.
As of now, neither Norris nor the Wolves have any future games scheduled.
