Los Gatos and Harker are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2021, but not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Los Gatos is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Last Wednesday, Los Gatos beat Lynbrook 3-1.

While Los Gatos might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lynbrook scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 26-28, 25-22, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Harker faced Santa Cruz in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Harker's loss dropped their record down to 14-2. As for Los Gatos, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-8.
