 In what's become a running theme this season, Ethel gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. They never let the Velma Jackson Falcons onto the board and left with  a   14-0  win. While fans of Ethel might be used to big wins, the 14-run margin marked the team's biggest  victory yet this season.
  Kaden Adams was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Adams has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive pitching appearances. Adams was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Ethel got a  massive  performance out of  Layton Fergouson, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2.  Wes Bishop was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
 Ethel's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Velma Jackson, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with that  loss, which was their ninth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Ethel will  face off against St. Andrew's Episcopal at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. St. Andrew's Episcopal is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.2  runs per game this season. As for Velma Jackson, they will be playing at home against Ethel at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
