Volleyball Recap: Frankenmuth's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

Frankenmuth can bid farewell to their six-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Harper Creek Beavers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since September 11th.

Despite the defeat, Harper Creek saw an underclassman step up: freshman Ella Brannen had eight digs and one assist.

Frankenmuth's win bumped their record up to 10-12-4. As for Harper Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 15-13.

Frankenmuth wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Rockford on the 11th. As for Harper Creek, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Hartland on the 11th.
