Volleyball Recap: Cajon Comes Up Short

Cajon's tournament run continued when they took on Palm Desert on Saturday. The Cowboys fell just short of the Aztecs by a score of 1-0. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Cajon sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-14.

Cajon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Palm Desert, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Cajon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Hillcrest on the 23rd. As for Palm Desert, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against San Jacinto on the 23rd.
