It's playoff time, and Gonzaga had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions on Thursday as they made off with an 8-2 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.

Gonzaga's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 17-13. As for Washington Latin Public Charter School, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-9-1.

As of now, neither Gonzaga nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
