Baseball Recap: Middlesex Comes Up Short

Middlesex lost against Pingree back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Middlesex lost 15-3 to Pingree.

Middlesex saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colt Bagnulo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases. Charlie Driscoll also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Middlesex's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Pingree, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Middlesex will be playing in front of their home fans against Thayer Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pingree, they will head out to square off against Cushing Academy at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
