Baseball Recap: Crossroads Roadrunners vs. Chadwick Dolphins

Crossroads won the last time they faced Chadwick and things went their way on Thursday too. The Roadrunners put the hurt on the Dolphins with a sharp 9-2 win. The Roadrunners might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by six runs or more this season.

Crossroads got a great performance from Quinn Barach as he tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. Barach has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Miles Zoog was a standout: he scored three runs while going 3-for-4. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Finn Friedman also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
