While North Adams's victory against Clay wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Green Devils sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Panthers on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Green Devils also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Carlee Garrison spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on nine hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Jerzi Tong was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Paige Evans, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Looking ahead, North Adams will take on Peebles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clay, they will welcome South Gallia at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
