Hinsdale South had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Hancock Eagles 8-0 on Tuesday. Hinsdale South might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by four goals or more this season.

They hit Hancock with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brynn Diedrich (4), Audrey Atkinson (3), and Alyssa Watson.

The victory made it two in a row for Hinsdale South and bumps their season record up to 17-5. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Hancock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-13.
