St. John-Vianney had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They never let the Middletown North Lions get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The one-run effort marked the Lancers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

St. John-Vianney pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
