Softball Recap: Thunder Ridge Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Thunder Ridge can now relate to. They fell just short of the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies by a score of 8-7 on Saturday. The Titans' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

Giulia Johns made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Sadie Fullmer was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one double.

Thunder Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Rocky Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 16-14.

As of now, neither Thunder Ridge nor the Grizzlies have any future games scheduled.
