Basketball Recap: St. Patrick's Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

St. Patrick won the last time they faced Overton and things went their way on Friday too. The St. Patrick's Irish came out on top against the Overton Eagles by a score of 58-46. Given the Irish's advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Eagles are ranked 200th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Overton still got an impressive performance from Eli Luther, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 16 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. Brody Fleischman also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.
