Football Game Preview: Sequatchie County vs. Smith County

Smith County will challenge Sequatchie County on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Smith County are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Smith County came up short against Livingston Academy, falling 14-24.

Meanwhile, their game three weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Sequatchie County, but their most recent game may have softened the blow. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Bledsoe County, winning 35-21. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Sequatchie County's flat performance the match before.

Sequatchie County's win lifted them to 3-2 while Smith County's loss dropped them down to 1-4. We'll see if Sequatchie County's success rolls on or if Smith County are able to steal their positive momentum.
