Dighton extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Daniel Cramer. The Dighton Hornets took down the Wallace County Wildcats 62-48 on Saturday thanks in part to Cramer, who went 12 for 15 on his way to 31 points and six boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Dighton's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of George Von Leonrod, who posted eight points and seven rebounds. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played.

Dighton's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Wallace County, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dighton has already played their next contest (against Otis-Bison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wallace County will head out on the road to challenge Decatur Community at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
