Football Recap: David Posnack Jewish Day Picks Up Eighth Straight Win at Home

David Posnack Jewish Day had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They snuck past the Coral Springs Charter Panthers with an 18-12 victory on Wednesday. The final result isn't all the surprising considering the Rams' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 76th, while the Panthers are ranked 222nd).

David Posnack Jewish Day didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Amanda Kaplan and Hailey Ribak.

Coral Springs Charter's loss came despite strong showings from Ali Rodriquez and Eva Rodriquez. Ali threw for 350 yards and one touchdown while completing 78.3% of her passes, while Eva picked up 150 receiving yards and one score.
