Volleyball Game Preview: Chuckey-Doak Black Knights vs. West Greene Buffaloes

The Chuckey-Doak Black Knights will take on the West Greene Buffaloes at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Chuckey-Doak didn't have quite enough to beat Elizabethton and fell 3-2. The Black Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chuckey-Doak took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 19-25, 22-25, 25-20, 20-18.

Meanwhile, West Greene came up short against Hendersonville on Saturday and fell 2-0. Considering the last time the Buffaloes couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

West Greene's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Chuckey-Doak, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
