Jim Ned hasn't had much luck against Comanche recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Jim Ned barely beat Holliday the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Indians simply couldn't be stopped last Friday as they easily beat the Eagles 48-21. With that win, the Indians brought their scoring average up to 27.2 points per game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jim Ned to victory, but perhaps none more so than Stone Griffon, who rushed for 129 yards and three scores while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Those 129 rushing yards gave Griffon a new career-high. Another pass catcher making a difference was Breck Lawson, who picked up 122 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Jim Ned proved: they limited Holliday to a paltry 3.5 yards per carry. The team can thank Griffon for the heroic effort on defense: he. Jim Ned's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.8.
Special teams played a big role in the game for Jim Ned, adding 12 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Lawson, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Comanche waltzed into their contest last Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Longhorns 35-7. With the Indians ahead 28-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Jim Ned better keep an eye on Ladanian Smith. He was instrumental in Comanche's win, rushing for 141 yards and three TDs. Smith's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards. Ct Buford also helped out with an impressive 102 receiving yards.
Comanche now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Jim Ned, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
