Soccer Game Preview: Lehi vs. American Fork + How To Watch

The Lehi Pioneers will take on the American Fork Cavemen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Lehi took a loss when they played away from home last Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Skyridge get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for Lehi, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Skyridge with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emeri Thatcher, Lillie Watson, and Cali Ashton.

Meanwhile, American Fork had just enough and edged out Skyridge 2-1 on Thursday. Given American Fork's advantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while Skyridge are ranked 41st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lehi's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for American Fork, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
