The Bedford North Lawrence Stars''s and the Evansville Harrison Warriors''s matchup on Friday was close at halftime, but the Bedford North Lawrence Stars turned on the heat in the second half with 20 points. Bedford North Lawrence was the clear victor by a 27-6 margin over Evansville Harrison. The win was nothing new for Bedford North Lawrence as they're now sitting on three straight.
Leading Bedford North Lawrence to victory were Memphis Louden and Cal Gates. Louden rushed for 45 yards and two touchdowns, while Gates gained 120 total yards and two touchdowns.
Bedford North Lawrence's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Evansville Harrison, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-9.
Bedford North Lawrence will take on Evansville Reitz at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Evansville Reitz is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Evansville Harrison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
