Basketball Game Preview: Bulloch Academy Gators vs. First Presbyterian Day Vikings

The Bulloch Academy Gators are taking a road trip to take on the First Presbyterian Day Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bulloch Academy will be strutting in after a win while First Presbyterian Day will be coming in after a loss.

Bulloch Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They blew past Robert Toombs Christian Academy 61-37. The matchup marked the Gators' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, First Presbyterian Day had to suffer through a 75-21 loss at the hands of Brentwood. The game marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

First Presbyterian Day dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Bulloch Academy, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Everything went Bulloch Academy's way against First Presbyterian Day in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as Bulloch Academy made off with a 90-67 victory.
