Leading Cornerstone Christian to victory were Xander Parra and Jaaden Johnson. Parra went 5-for-12 en route to 19 points along with five boards and three steals, while Johnson shot 78% from the field on his way to 14 points and six rebounds. Those 14 points gave Johnson a new career-high. Makaden Weathington was another key player, putting up ten points.

Cornerstone Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
