Basketball Game Preview: Lynnwood Royals vs. Jefferson Raiders

The Lynnwood Royals and the Jefferson Raiders will round out the year against one another at at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Lynnwood has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Lynnwood is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 78-50 win over Kentlake.

Meanwhile, Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 71-21 loss at the hands of Mt. Rainier. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 339th, while the Rams are ranked 73rd).

Lynnwood's victory ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Jefferson, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.
