McAllen and McAllen Memorial are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The McAllen Bulldogs will venture away from home to challenge the McAllen Memorial Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for McAllen and seven for McAllen Memorial.

McAllen Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for McAllen, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

McAllen took their victory against McAllen Memorial in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 10-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for McAllen since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
