Volleyball Recap: Prospect Mountain Takes a Loss

Prospect Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Gilford Golden Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Thursday.

Prospect Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Gilford, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Prospect Mountain is set to take on their familiar foe Kennett at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Gilford will face off against rival Manchester Memorial at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
