Basketball Game Preview: Bell Eagles vs. Garfield Bulldogs

Bell hasn't had much luck against Garfield recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Eagles will host the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, Bell came up short against Roosevelt and fell 54-43.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Danny Reyes, who posted nine points. Yandel Lundez was another key player, putting up eight points.

Meanwhile, Garfield entered their tilt with Paramount on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 61-48.

Garfield's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Bell, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.
