If Lynn English wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lynn Classical, they should've done a better job of containing Long Pham. The Rams blew past the Bulldogs 3-0 on Wednesday thanks in part to Pham, who had 13 digs and one assist. He has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times he's played.

Lynn Classical not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lynn English between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-16.

Lynn Classical's record is now 4-2. As for Lynn English, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lynn Classical will venture away from home to face off against Woburn Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lynn English, they will face off against Whittier RVT at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
