Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fairfield lost against Ottumwa back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1.

Fairfield's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Ottumwa, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-9.

Fairfield has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Mt. Pleasant on the 20th. As for Ottumwa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on the 20th.
