Soccer Game Preview: Susquehannock vs. Northeastern

The Susquehannock Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Northeastern Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Susquehannock sitting on eight straight wins and Northeastern on four.

Susquehannock proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let Dallastown get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Susquehannock's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 29th, while Dallastown are ranked 106th).

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday Northeastern sidestepped Biglerville for a 3-2 win.

Susquehannock's victory bumped their record up to 16-0-2. As for Northeastern, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-5.

Susquehannock came up short against Northeastern in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, falling 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
