Soccer Game Preview: Manitowoc Lincoln vs. Ripon

Manitowoc Lincoln is 0-3 against Ripon since September of 2022 but things could change on Monday. The Ships will face off against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Manitowoc Lincoln will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Green Bay Southwest, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Ships had just enough and edged out the Fighting Trojans 3-2 on Thursday. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but Manitowoc Lincoln were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Ripon got the win against Wisconsin Dells on Thursday by a conclusive 7-1. Considering Ripon have won eight matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Wisconsin Dells with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Carson Kaiser (3), Devin Donovan (3), and Sam Moore.

Manitowoc Lincoln's record now sits at 6-9. As for Ripon, their record is now 11-0-1.
