Basketball Game Preview: Patton Panthers vs. West Caldwell Warriors

The Patton Panthers will face off against the West Caldwell Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

On Tuesday, Patton was beaten by Polk County 60-19. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 283rd, while the Wolverines are ranked 26th).

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 65-12, which was the final score in West Caldwell's tilt against Hibriten on Friday.

Patton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for West Caldwell, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
