Basketball Recap: Joseph Williams' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Spencer Center over Cincinnati College Prep Academy

Spencer Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 56-30 to the Cincinnati College Prep Academy Lions. Spencer Center was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-10.

Several Spencer Center players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Joseph Williams, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards. Williams is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexander McNeill, who posted seven points along with seven boards and five blocks.

Spencer Center's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
