Basketball Recap: Springdale Picks Up 13th Straight Win at Home

Springdale had won 12 straight home games dating back to last season and Isaiah Sealy did his part to make it 13 on Friday. The Springdale Bulldogs took down the Bentonville West Wolverines 56-38 thanks in part to Sealy, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 25 points in addition to six boards and four steals. The match was his fourth in a row with at least 16 points.

Jaxon Conley was another key player, putting up nine points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 22 games he's played.

Springdale has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Bentonville West and nudges their season record down to 10-8.

Coincidentally, Springdale and Bentonville West will both be playing Fayetteville the next time they take the court. Bentonville West will head out to face Fayetteville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Springdale will host them at 7:30 p.m. on February 21st.
