It was a good run, but Edison unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Sunday. They took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Susquehanna Valley Sabers. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Spartans, who until this match were averaging 2.59 runs allowed.

Kailey Ripley was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 18-4. As for Susquehanna Valley, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

As of now, neither Edison nor the Sabers have any future games scheduled.
