Basketball Recap: Calvert Takes a Loss

Calvert lost against Fayetteville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Calvert Trojans had to suffer through a 85-58 loss at the hands of the Fayetteville Lions. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Calvert's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Fayetteville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

Calvert does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fayetteville, they will head out on the road to face off against Round Top-Carmine at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
