Patrick Belk Game Report: @ Hammond

For the first time in his career, Patrick Belk scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 27 yards and one touchdown, but sadly Heathwood Hall Episcopal still had to take a 9-7 loss at the hands of Hammond. We rated that as his best performance since Friday, when he threw for 138 yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 77 yards on only nine carries.

Coming up, Belk and Heathwood Hall Episcopal will head out on the road to take on Cardinal Newman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Belk duked it out with the Cardinals (back in September of 2024), the Highlanders came out on top by a score of 21-17. Will another strong game from Belk be enough to do it again?
