Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Belvidere). They never let the Warren County Tech Knights get on the board and left with an 18-0 win on Wednesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Belvidere and bumps their season record up to 6-9. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Warren County Tech, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Belvidere will head out to challenge North Warren Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Warren County Tech, they will face off against Hopatcong at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Chiefs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.29 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of.
