Basketball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Prairie City's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

Prairie City won against Cove last Saturday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Prairie City Panthers took down the Jordan Valley Mustangs 56-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Prairie City has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.6 points per game. As for Jordan Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Prairie City will challenge Reynolds on Friday. As for Jordan Valley, they will take on Harper at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
