Basketball Recap: Dixie Comes Up Short

Dixie lost to Greeneview back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Greyhounds lost 81-57 to the Rams. The Greyhounds were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-23.

Dixie has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Greeneview, they pushed their record up to 9-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Dixie will be playing in front of their home fans against Mississinawa Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greeneview, they will face off against Greenon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Rams' defense better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 50.1 points per game this season.
