Soccer Recap: Ojai Valley Takes a Loss

Ojai Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Pilgrim Panthers. Considering the last time the Spuds couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Ojai Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Pilgrim, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Ojai Valley will take on Glendale Adventist at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Glendale Adventist knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Ojai Valley likes a good challenge. As for Pilgrim, they will head out to square off against Beacon Hill at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Beacon Hill is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5 goals per game this season.
