For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Nazareth Area and Whitehall have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Blue Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Zephyrs 6-5. The Blue Eagles haven't had any issues with the Zephyrs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Taylor Friel, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Gianna Perillo was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs.

Nazareth Area's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Whitehall, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-5.

As of now, neither Nazareth Area nor the Zephyrs have any future games scheduled.
