Basketball Recap: Kirtland Central Takes a Loss

Kirtland Central was the 55-52 winner over Aztec when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Kirtland Central Broncos received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 67-51 to the Aztec Tigers. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kirtland Central's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Aztec, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kirtland Central will welcome Bloomfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Aztec, they will host Gallup at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gallup will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Aztec surely won't give up without a fight.
