Brendan Hall Dazzles in Geneva County Victory
Starting off the list is Geneva County's Brendan Hall, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hall rushed for 312 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.
Geneva County moved to 4-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Hall and Geneva County will face off against Houston County on Friday.

Cottonwood picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Braylon Morris. Morris did his part (and then some), throwing for 237 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, while also rushing for 70 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making three total tackles.
Cottonwood pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Morris and Cottonwood will head out to face off against Abbeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Tyler Sharp Delivers Best Effort of Season
Tyler Sharp produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Providence Christian to the win on Friday. Sharp rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also picked up 49 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The win (which was Providence Christian's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Sharp and Providence Christian will take on Long on Friday.

King Campbell Delivers Electric Performance Vs Ariton
King Campbell was instrumental in extending Cottonwood's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Campbell as he rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.
On the year, Campbell has averaged 16 receiving yards per game.

Big Game from Pittman As Providence Christian Won 42-26
Another Providence Christian player making an appearance on this list is Craig Pittman. He rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 61 yards and two touchdowns.
