Baseball Recap: Yorkville Comes Up Short

Yorkville was the 1-0 winner over Oswego East when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Foxes fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 6-5 on Tuesday.

Yorkville's loss dropped their record down to 14-12-1. As for Oswego East, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-16 record this season.

While Yorkville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
