Volleyball Recap: Barnesville Falls Despite Big Games from Londyn Gibson and Aubrey Johnson + How To Watch

If Barnesville was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Cambridge on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Shamrocks came up short against the Monroe Central Seminoles on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Shamrocks have struggled against the Seminoles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17, 25-9.

Barnesville's loss came despite strong showings from Aubrey Johnson and Londyn Gibson. Johnson had 15 digs, while Gibson had seven digs and three aces.

Barnesville's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Monroe Central, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4.
