Oxford Academy has gone a perfect 3-0 against California Academy of Math & Science recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Oxford Academy Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the California Academy of Math & Science Coyotes at 4:30 p.m. California Academy of Math & Science took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Oxford Academy, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, everything went Oxford Academy's way against Hawthorne as Oxford Academy made off with a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Oxford Academy was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-3, 25-8, 25-11.

Ayden Nguyen was nothing short of spectacular: he had ten assists and eight aces.

Meanwhile, California Academy of Math & Science had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chadwick on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 20-25, 25-14, 25-16.

Oxford Academy took their win against California Academy of Math & Science when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. Will Oxford Academy repeat their success, or does California Academy of Math & Science have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
