Yantis won the last time they faced Fannindel and things went their way on Thursday too. The Yantis Owls simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Fannindel Falcons 82-46. The Owls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Fannindel saw an underclassman step up: freshman Terren Judkins posted 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Judkins has scored all season. Kalob Runnels was another key player, going 5 for 11 on his way to 10 points.

Yantis has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.2 points. As for Fannindel, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Yantis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-38 victory against Winnsboro on the 13th. As for Fannindel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 57-31 loss against Wolfe City on the 13th.
