 Logan County never got on the board in their matchup last Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against University Heights on Monday. They blew past the University Heights Blazers 17-6. This was payback for Logan County, who suffered  a  7-6  loss the last time these two teams met.
  Noah Mosley and  Samuel Hayes did most of the damage at the plate:  Mosley  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4, while  Hayes  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.  Kade Wall was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances.
 Logan County is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a massive bump to their 13-12-1 record  this season. As for University Heights, their defeat  ended  a  seven-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 20-10.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Logan County will  challenge Elizabethtown at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Logan County is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for University Heights, they will  face off against Franklin-Simpson at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The last seven games Franklin-Simpson has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
